As advice by doctors and midwife pregnant women must eat healthy food. For "babies"health that could be good for the growing cycle inside the womb of the mother.
I have Muesli this morning mixed with kiwi fruit,strawberry and banana. Although muesli contains of dried fruits and nuts but mixed with with fresh fruits is not bad either.
Every meals and snack time I tried to be fair with myself. I choose healthy one. Eating raw foods is not recommended by doctor's because of the bacteria that could be harmful to the fetus.
Sushi is on the list for not should be eaten during pregnancy because it is raw. I have this difficult situation on my first month when I was in the state of conceiving different kinds of food. Sushi was my favorite,but I pushed myself not to eat it. When I'm out somewhere in the city and saw Sushi restaurant I felt peckish. But no,no,no instead I bought alternative food like "smoke salmon" then used to be as sandwich toppings.
Japanese and Thai restaurant 5 minutes drive away from my mother in law. They used to have good food and have a good price as well. I get caught with "sushi"again and decided to order it then regret then wanted too. My husband laughed and he laughed at me and said "order if you like"you're in safe now. He mean that I'm almost 7 months pregnant.
So I order 8 PCs,I hope I didn't make myself foolish this time. I am just human like others,I'm planning to tell my midwife about this for my next visit.
