just lost my mind

First day of December and I am off duty. I went to my acupuncture 9.45 and as usual I took a walked going there. The weather was nice today in spite that it was cold but the sun was shining glorious day.

At home after the treatment I started the washing machine and washed my uniform and the rest. I am trying to relax but the apartment was dusty so I get the vacuum cleaner and clean the whole apartment. I segregate the garbage and throw into the composed area. I have so much thing to do, our balcony need to clean so that I can decorate Christmas light. I did the house holds the whole day and seems that I am not on my day off. I felt back pain after everything...
