walking for health

Finally!spring is on way here. The birds are seems coming back after their winter escape. Weather is getting warmer and some of the grass are growing. It such a wonderful feeling that were changing season. Everybody here are tired of winter of course (cold)and the thick jacket and etc.

My midwife reminds me to take a walk at least 30 minutes a day. I started yesterday,although the weather was a little bit cloudy and windy. when I reach home their comes my (3 times vomiting). I stayed 30 minutes in the bath room , not so good but as my husband said everything is worthy for us. I feel fine and honored after his concerned.

I did my 2ND day of hiking today. At first I was doubt because I felt tired after my morning shift.I need to improved and pursed myself to think positive that I am walking for my health and even good for my baby. It took 45 minutes walking just for today.
