While waiting my husband to come home from work. I was thinking of something food that I never cook before. I remember that I bought Thai recipe book the other day.
Thinking that we did some biff yesterday so maybe it's nice to have shrimp for dinner tonight.
Here is my monday recipe for dinner:
Shrimp with chili and orange sauce. Things to need and to prepare:
- 1 bundle of coriander
- 2 garlic - chopped
- ginger-chopped
- 3 table spoon olive oil
- 1,5 dl orange juice( can also used fresh orange)
- 2 table spoon light soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- red chili
- green beans-cut in half size
- mushroom
- tomato-cut in slice
- First put the chopped garlic in a bowl add the garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mixed and add the shrimp then spread the coriander over shrimp and let marinate for 1 hour.
- Mixed together (used another bowl) orange juice, soy sauce and cornstarch and stir ned chili.
- heat the olive oil in the wok add the green beans and mushroom. Fry and stir in about 3 minutes under strong heat. Add the marinated shrimp followed by tomato and stir in 2 minutes.
- Pour the orange sauce and stir till the sauce became thicker. Wait for 30 seconds and then serve with rice.
I guarantee it taste good. Together with my husband we did enjoyed our dinner. Hope you will too.
