Ecological food!



What a wonderful day! yesterday was "Black Saturday" the weather was so amazing. My husband,his friend and I went out and go fishing!! It was my second time that I hang out with them. It was a great experienced and I enjoyed a lot of every moment I throw out the casting rod.


We did fishing in Hönö Island. I've been there for the 3rd time.We arrived the place, park the car we did fishing 100 meter from the car.
While my husband prepared his fishing rod I take some walked and jump after the granite stone.



Then suddenly my husband called me for the mussel he have founded.
We picked up almost 3 kilo and bring home. I really appreciate the abundant of mussel here which I cannot see in my hometown's seashore.


At home my husband help me to cooked the half kilo . I rinse it first and sorting out for those shell is open.

Here is the things you need:



  • unions

  • garlic

  • olive oil

  • white wine

  • potato in cut

  • carrot

  • celeriac

  • dill just a little

  • parsley just a little



  1. Chopped unions and garlic and fry in a big saucepan. Add the mussel and pour the white wine afterward. Cover the saucepan and cooked in 5 minutes. Check the mussel if they are already open.

  2. Add the potatoes, carrots and celeriac.

  3. Wait 2 minutes and then add the dill and parsley. Cooked in 8 minutes and then serve.

  4. You can also use dill for plate decoration.
