Wash Your Hands!

Your Best Way to Stay Healthy and Avoid Sickness: Wash Your Hands!

What woman prefer? Long finger nail or short? I agree that as a woman having a long nail is part of our lifestyle. It's nice to look at and it's elegant!

But did you know that germs love to stay in long nails because we missed to clean the nail properly and we used hands by eating sometimes Right? Hehehehe for instance that today you like to have drive through (MAC Donald).HMmmm ......

One way of spreading germs is by touching. That's why it's so important to wash hands before and after meal. Even before cooking food and after using the toilet.

Even if your hands appear quite clean, with trim and neat fingernails and the lingering smell of fine soap, the surface can still harbor millions upon millions of microscopic bacteria and germs.

Yesterday during brake time.I did a test by using the above photo. I washed my hands properly and used alcohol afterwards then apply this lotion and washed again. I put my hands in the box with violet light. I can't believed what I saw. A lot of germs that only this instrument(the box besides not focus in photo) can see.

I saw a lot of germs in the cuticle of my nail. Disgusting! But it's not easy for us to know this. For sure wash your hands regularly and change hand towels at least one's a week.
