health!

What happened to me! I've been coughing and have a runny nose for 2 days now. It's tough ! ohhhh !!! yesterday night I breath through my mouth. My husband suggested that we let the window open just to let the fresh air come in the bedroom. It works! I got 6 hours sleep. When I woke up I take my medicine (sinuba). I have sinusitis for quite long now.



I spend my whole day today in my bed and watching TV. Sad to say that I cannot meet my friends today as already scheduled. That's life sometimes we cannot control what will happened.
