Before I read the article in "Aftonbladet"about ginger. I already know that ginger is a big help when you have cold. Yes!it gives us relieve, last week I suffer sore throat and coughing at the same time. On the night before I go to sleep I took a piece of bit (just little bit) and have it in my mouth like a candy. I spitting it out day after (in the morning).
I learned this in my young age way back home. People in the village where I live (before) used even ginger as their tea in the morning. It's helping against gas in the stomach.
"Danish study" shows that ginger works out in the same way as "aspirin" with migraine.
