Honestly I am deeply impressed by Thailand's tourist industry. The'retourist marketing is good that reached Sweden,they draw much tourist into their country specially Swedish yearly around. Anyway to travel from Sweden to Thailand is quite near than from Sweden to Philippines. The thing that bother me about is not the distance of destination. I wonder why Philippines had no promotion  here about the country. Like example having advertisement as Thailand did in Swedish tv.

I remember one funny thing in the "Robinson"which been played in "Palawan"Philippine year 2009 if I'm correct (I forget the exact year ) anyway. They have a contest after the show and the price "vacation to Thailand". I hope my kababayan specially those incharge of  tourism in my country understand this situation. Make a change try doing market abroad, a big help to draw tourist. Philippine economy could be better might much better. I know we have a lot to offer there in our country...Tombs up!

the power of ginger

Before I read the article in "Aftonbladet"about ginger. I already know that ginger is a big help when you have cold. Yes!it gives us relieve, last week I suffer sore throat and coughing at the same time. On the night before I go to sleep I took a piece of bit (just little bit) and have it in my mouth like a candy. I spitting it out day after (in the morning).

I learned this in my young age way back home. People in the village where I live (before) used even ginger as their tea in the morning. It's helping against gas in the stomach.

"Danish study" shows that ginger works out in the same way as "aspirin" with migraine.

Panasonic is now introduce their new type of system camera sensor. It could film in HD! wow I am hoping that the price is not so much for us. Technology is keep moving on guys!! everything is so advance this time all around with us.We need to catch up every gadgets high tech changes.Well,well the camera can play in 1080p med 24 picture per second. Excellent! it has 2 XLR this camera coming out in the end of the year.

Watch out watch out those who are fun of camera. What should I say...

I'm become smart of fish?myth or true

I love fish but not all people like to eat fish.Already in school teachers learned us to eat fish. Fish is good to eat it's healthy food that good for the brain.It's one source of protein,even omega 3 that good for the heart. So why not eat it!when it's healthy food.

 But did fish make us smart?. I think this myth is known to everybody.
I have a  classmate  (elementary grade) she was one of the best in the class. Her father is a fisherman she told us that they ate fish from breakfast to dinner almost everyday. They only have meat in the table if one of  family member  celebrate birthday or some special occasion. This situation is quite common in my home country.

We still don't know if fish make us clever. I don't think so!or I don't know what's the truth. Every individual is unique and smart in some different way. What do you think!!!

Not this year

Normally people used to have new year resolution. This year I let myself to free of it, I think it's good  not to have one. If I promise something it goes to another direction so instead I keep myself to be careful. Play a roll of a good mother and a good wife.

Being who I am and always looking back from where I came from  help me a better person. Now that I am a mother this year could not be even better for me. Everything I wish to happened was with in my hands. I am grateful of the grace and blessings that I have today. There are some instances that make me satisfied of being me.

I got a lot of good credits from helping other peoples need though it's a small thing. It was so nice that so many people see me for being me,a simple one. When you give heartily "sure it comes back 10 times more "than you have been given to them.

This is the view outside when I woke up this morning. Snow strikes Sweden again and again. I watched news abroad snow chaos even in part of USA. The worsed one is the flood in Australia. Our climate is now speaking informing us give warning to us be alert and smart for the natural disaster. The drastic change to the natural  environment could cause billions of dollars and life of the people.  How could we stop this!prevent not to happen.

 It's a guava fruits! It¨s  hard to find here in each or every grocery stores. Not so lucky even in Asian market. But home is far away from here the taste could not be the same.

Have guava tree in the backyard way back in Cebu.We harvest it when the fruit is ripe super sweet!. I missed missed and miss it eternally.

 Counting with papaya fruits.. the green one is good to eat specially if you have inflammation of the tonsils. This fruit is one of the herbal remedy for the most people in the village.

We used the leaves when we take shower :)very good to take away the dead skin. Rub it through every part of the body.

Result!really soft skin then apply your favorite skin lotion.Just try you will see.

Long for home.How I wish I am there

Honestly I have this feeling of home sick! this year we're hoping to spend summer at home in Cebu Philippines. This dream might be long far away, a big risk for my daughter to travel abroad. Long for home inspite that I have a good  contact talking with them  time to time. Everybody feel like these:)when you have this long winter cold season. You may feel isolate:)getting lazy to go out just to meet my friends specially when you breast feeding a baby? with this kind of weather! Poor me!




How could not to miss them:)my sweet beloving nephews and nieces. Summer time in Cebu is quite hot compare to the normal summer temperature here in Sweden. But being in the home base is so much fun than anyone else! My family at home(Cebu) signifies my life of who  am I today. I cannot erase it we have so much love and respect to each other. Even sometimes before "money"is one reason of family trouble but the comfort you could get out from money is much counted. 





Swimming in the nearby beach is much I missed most!then having picnic with my favorite seafoods?? wow!how I wish I am there.

Grill corn is one of my favorite where I used to have it before harvest time coming from our own corn field. I was really lucky that I came from these kind of  family:)





white crystalsof frozen water

We experienced mild weather for 2 days. Temperature shows + 5 degrees snow was melting a little bit. I thought it will be soon warmer. It was a piece of false weather sign that playing among us here. I woke up this morning with a thick snow in the road. Soft white crystals of frozen water is keep on falling. Snow is not yet over. The thick snow that covered all  each roof started  dropping peace by peace time to time in the ground. I got afraid when I passed by from our garage.

It seems that hard winter continue until February this year. I want to escape the coldness to have some variety of weather  but my daughter is too small to travel abroad. I have no choose but to stay at home and take some short walk sometimes to have  fresh air. A hard winter we have!

2010 gadget

Ipad come late in Sweden,last Christmas lot of it sold out for Christmas gift. You could have it in the living area,handbag or dispatch case. There's a lot of space because it is not big and heavy as your netbook or laptop. A flat touch computer,a heavy reading sheet.


A big mobile that we cannot call. I have my netbook (lenovo) for 2 years now and I'm satisfied with it. I have it when we travelled around keeping in touch with my family and friends. But this new gadget gives us a good alternative. It give us internet,newspaper,tv program,music,allt you wish like computer.

See what our technology today,it goes farther advance. I agree that it is 2010 Swedish gadget.
