The weather is not so warm but I try to walk on way to my work. At least 30 minutes a day as advised by my midwife. I am not so good of keeping the 30 minutes every day but at least I did it 3 times a week anyway. I am 14 weeks pregnant and as usual I felt better compared to my first month pregnancy.
I walked 1 day and night after I suffered etching in my both eyes. I forgot that spring season is also "my allergy"season. I washed with lukewarm water and thanks God it helps a little. Biking is also good exercise for pregnant but sad to say that I cannot. I saw lot of people women and young adults here riding their bike on way to work and yes I could feel little envy sometimes.
In my country riding bike on way to work is not so popular specially if your living in the City. Not unless if your a country girl,because the road is not so dangerous(not heavy traffic)as compared to the City. Unlike here that they have a lot of way just for bikers only.
